RDU
The Rapid Deployable Unit (RDU) is enclosed in a rugged transit case that also serves as a user work space. It is designed for quick set-up. The RDU is a self-contained, easily transportable (fly away) unit. It incorporates into a single rugged platform, the Tactical Automated Manifest System (AMS). This system enables the user to efficiently document the shipment of military materiel in DoD MILSTRIP and MILSTAMP formats; reading from and writing to the DoD accepted RF tags thus helping to establish materiel visibility.
